Beef is based on availability and sold by the 1/4 cow. This means the whole cow is processed and you will get 1/4 of every cut that cow produces. Current pricing is $4.50 per pound hanging weight, plus $25 per 1/4 cow ranch butcher fee, plus .85 cents per pound (hanging weight) for the cut and wrap. A 1/4 cow usually nets around 100 pounds of beef.
Eggs are available year round. Pick up at the farm.
Pricing for pick up at the farm is $5.25 a dozen or $13.00 for a flat of 30.

This is a seasonal item available in May / June and again in September / October. We harvest our own chickens here at the Farm so they are fresh. Chickens are sold whole, $4.50 per pound.

Berkshire pigs are a heritage breed known for their richly flavored, dark red, and well marbled meat. Pork is sold by the half pig. The price is $5.00 per pound hanging weight plus .85 cents per pound hanging weight for the cut and wrap. Curing is an additional .80 cents per pound of the meats cured. 1/2 pig hanging weights average 100 pounds but can vary from 90 to 120 pounds.
